When should I cascade plan objectives?

Cascading Plan objectives is most effective when used to target the key Partners or individuals responsible for achieving a significant part of that objective.

Recipients of cascaded objectives automatically becomes a member of the Plan Team if they are not already. Members of the Plan Team can see Private Objectives on that plan. When you cascade an objective, you add another objective to the recipient’s page.
