Cascading a plan objective

Once you have added objectives to a Plan, they can be cascaded to other people and plans:

1. Open the Plan and click on the plan objective that you want to cascade
2. Click on Cascade Objective 
3. Choose the recipient for the cascaded objective (you can choose multiple recipients)
4. You can amend the description of the objective to make it more relevant for the recipients, as well as the measure
5. Provide a message to give context for the cascaded objective (any existing context is not carried through)
6. Click Send
7. The cascaded objective will automatically appear on the recipient’s objective sheet

The cascaded objective will be linked to the plan objective. Click on the View Links button (on the relevant objective) to see linked objectives. Tasks or progress updates from a cascaded objective are also seen on the plan objective.
