Cascading an objective
Once you have added your objectives to the system, they can be cascaded to other people. To cascade an objective:
- Click on the objective that you want to cascade to someone else
- Click on Cascade Objective
- Choose the recipient for the cascaded objective (you can choose multiple recipients)
- You can amend the description of the objective to make it more relevant for the recipients, as well as the measure
- Provide a message to give context for the cascaded objective (any existing context is not carried through)
- Click Send
The recipient will be asked if they wish to accept/decline the objective. The cascaded objective will be linked to your objective. If you are cascading a plan objective, the objective will not require approval by the recipient.
