What are 'Cascaded Objectives'?

Cascading is a function which enables you to share your objective with other people.

Once you have added your objectives to the system, they can be cascaded to other people. If you cascade an objective to another person, it will appear as a Cascaded objective on their 'My Objectives' page. That objective will be linked to your objective, allowing you both to work on a common objective at the same time. You would typically do this when you want other people to help you achieve your objective.

Objectives can be cascaded from either an individual or a plan.
