How do I accept a cascaded objective?
To accept a Cascaded Objective:
- Select the Objectives to accept link on your ObjectiveManager homepage
- Objectives that are pending your acceptance will appear at the top of the page
Select Accept to add the objective to your objectives set.
The objective is now added to your main objectives sheet, under the Cascaded Objectives section (see image below)
Your Lead Reviewer will also be notified that you have been sent a cascaded objective. You can choose to decline a cascaded objective if it is not relevant to you. If you accept a cascaded objective, your Lead Reviewer is then asked to approve the objective. The person that cascaded the objective will be notified when you accept/decline.If you are cascaded an objective from a Plan, you will automatically accept the objective and be included in the corresponding plan team as a team member.
