The different roles within a plan team

There are three main roles within a Plan Team:

  1. Plan Owner - is ultimately accountable for the Plan. There is only one Plan Owner. e.g. Sector Head or Client Relationship Partner (depending on the type of plan).
  2. Plan Co-owners - will often manage the operation of the plan, as well as contribute to the plan. There can be multiple Co-Owners
  3. Team Members -  are key contributors to the plan. There can be multiple Team Members.
