Who can see my feedback?

Feedback is confidential on ObjectiveManager. The only people that see feedback you have received are a) you, b) the feedback provider, and c) your Reviewers.

Any other user who view your objectives will see none of the feedback on your account. As displayed below, it will appear that you have received no feedback.

These rules apply to feedback for objectives, competencies and general feedback.

Note - If a feedback provider selects "only visible to Lead Reviewer" when giving feedback, the feedback recipient and their Secondary Reviewer will not see the feedback.
