Why are my Objectives shared?

ObjectiveManager has been built around the principle of transparency for one reason - collaboration. 

When objectives are transparent it's much easier for people to identify opportunities to work together on the achievement of their objectives. If people work together on shared objectives they are more likely to achieve greater results through collective performance. This level of transparency enables people to come together and identify ways to collectively solve clients' business problems. It is also a great way to find out what else is going on around the business. The more you know about another person's practice/objectives the more chance you have to connect with them on shared or complementary objectives - that can be very powerful.
