No, there will be no impact on logging in.
I am part way through a process (survey/review cycle/objective setting), can we delay the navigation refresh?
We updated the navigation as soon as possible to make it easier for all users to navigate across the site. The core functionality used for your surveys, performance reviews, objective setting etc. remains completely unchanged and will still be familiar to users. As mentioned above, we ensured access to the training site approx. 2 weeks prior to the changes happening to update any user guidance.

You can choose when you want to launch your specific process within Objective Manager. The navigation changes only make it easier for users, there were no issues with the change occurring part way through. We ensured access to the training site approx. 2 weeks prior to the changes happening to update any user guidance; but ultimately if you want to delay any launch then of course you can do so.
Will our firm’s own terminology / language definitions be reflected on the new navigation?
Yes, any language definitions you had in place are reflected within the new navigation. For example: 'Personal Development Goals' instead of the default 'Development Needs'.
