How do I log in to ObjectiveManager?

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organisation is using single sign-on, you will be able to access ObjectiveManager via an icon on your desktop. When accessing ObjectiveManager from your office you will not need to add a username or password. Please note, if you receive an email link to ObjectiveManager (from a notification) you will need to be logged in to ObjectiveManager to open the link in the email.

Other (non-SSO) login

If your organisation does not use SSO as described above, you will be sent an email invitation to log in to ObjectiveManager for the first time. To access ObjectiveManager all you need to do is to click the link in this welcome email.

The link in this email is active for 24 hours. After that it becomes inactive and you will need to request a password reset. The link can only be used once and then it expires.

If you cannot find your welcome email, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to 
  2. Click on Forgot your password? and new system invite will be emailed to you
  3. Click on the link in this email and it will take you into the system
  4. You will be asked to set your password again

If you reset your password, make sure it is at least 9 characters long, containing at least one number, one uppercase and one lowercase letter.
