What are 'Linked Objectives'?

Linking to other people's objectives is an effective way to show how your own objectives are aligned to the achievement of the Firm’s strategy or a particular objective. If you find other objectives across the firm, either on another user’s objectives page or on a Plan, you can link a personal objective to it. This link allows you to collaborate with others, sharing your own progress, whilst also being notified of progress against the objective you have linked to. 

Any progress updates or completed tasks from either objective will also appear on the linked objective.

Plan objectives cannot be linked to other plan objectives in this way.
