What emails are sent by ObjectiveManager?

In order to keep you abreast of what's going on, you may receive emails from ObjectiveManager. These are usually alerts about what someone has done, or what you need to do. Typical emails are:

Things for you to do

  • Objectives for Approval | If someone has sent an objective to you for approval, you will get a weekly email (on a Friday) which tells you how many objectives you have to approve (you do not get a live email every time someone sends an objective for approval).
  • Performance Review | If you have a Performance Review Form to complete, you will receive an email telling you that your form is ready for you to complete. Your firm will probably tell you when this needs to be completed by.
  • Feedback Requests | If somebody asks you for Feedback, you will get an email asking you to complete the Feedback request. You should do this as quickly as possible whilst the Feedback Request is still fresh in your mind.
  • Objectives/Tasks Due Soon | If you have an Objective and/or a Task that is due soon, you will receive emails approaching the due date.

Things for you to know

  • Objectives Approved | When your objectives are approved, you will get an email each time an objective is approved (or declined). You get these emails immediately so that you know exactly where you stand.
  • Progress Updates | If you are Following someone, you will get an email every time they post a Progress Updates. This helps you stay in touch with what's happening in your network.
