What is a 'Task'?
Objectives describe what you will ultimately achieve. Tasks are a definition of how you will achieve those objectives, i.e. the key actions and steps that you plan to take.
This list should always be a key task list, rather than a list of standard everyday/weekly activities.
Note: different firms and organisations may have a different name for tasks. They are known in some firms as: Key Tasks, Actions, Key Actions, Activities or Tactics.
