How do I filter the results in a report?

When a report is selected, there are different filter types that can be selected, to tailor the report for your specific requirements.

1) Radio buttons - When a circular option is presented, only one of the options in that filter category can be selected. For example, the Survey report allows you to choose which survey you would like to the in the report. As each Survey has its own unique identity and configuration, only one survey can be viewed at a time in the reports section.

2) Checkboxes - these squared boxes allow for multiple selection. The image below shows different available role types. Each of the roles selected (selected options will change the checkbox to blue) will appear in the customised report.
