How do I add progress to a Development Need?

Throughout the year you can use ObjectiveManager to capture the progress you make with a development need:

  1. Select the relevant development Need
  2. Click Add Progress
  3. Describe your progress for the specific Development Need
  4. Complete any additional fields (for example, Progress towards completion, Status, Learning Outcomes, etc.)
  5. Save the progress update

Note - Each firm may have a different setup for development needs. This means some of the options shown may not be applicable to you. An example is ‘Progress’. If your firm has chosen to remove this option, you will not see a progress dropdown menu.
