Can I have more than one Lead Reviewer?

As part of the review process, you will always have one Lead Reviewer. This person is responsible for providing Reviewer comments on the Performance review form, submitting the form at the different reviewer stages and archiving the review form.

You can have a secondary reviewer. This person will not control the review form or approve your objectives, but can provide additional comments throughout the year and at review stage.
