Can I have a description of each report?

The Reports section of the system allows key standard reports to be generated. The available reports will depend on the access granted to you, as well as enabled functionality (for example, Survey reports will not be available if the firm does not use the ObjectiveManager Survey module). Here is a brief summary of each Report –

Note - Certain Reports can be customised to suit specific firm requirements, by adding/removing field heading from the available headings list. As a result, some of the Report fields mentioned below may not be visible when viewed onscreen and/or printed copy. Language is also configured firm-by-firm, so some fields may have different headings (for example, Tasks may be referred to as Actions, Department may be referred to as Group, etc.)

Overview

The landing page for Reports. This is a headline summary of activity on ObjectiveManager. The Report headings include:

Activity

This is the most frequently accessed Report throughout a year. IT provides a breakdown of each users activity by numbers. Filter Report results by Role, Office or Department.. The Report headings include:

Compliance

Competency Indicators

Competency Indicators provide a quick way for users to confirm they are meeting the component requirements of a competency. When these are activated, this Report gives user completion status for any Competency Indicators. This can be filtered by Role, Office or Department. The Report headings include:

Annual Reviews

Nudge Emails:

The Annual Reviews report also enables users to send nudge emails, to prompt participating users to complete review forms. 

At the top of the report (right hand corner - see image above), selecting "Send Nudge Emails" opens a pop up window. Emails can be sent for each individual stage of the review process (some of the stages reverenced may not be relevant to each review process): 

  • Reviewees Not Started (Reviewee has not started the process)
  • Reviewees in Progress (Reviewee has started the process, but has not yet submitted their form to the Lead Reviewer)
  • Lead Reviewer Not Finished (Lead Reviewer has not yet submitted their assessment for the Reviewee)
  • Secondary Reviewer Not Finished (Secondary Reviewer has not yet submitted their assessment for the Reviewee)
  • Lead Reviewer Not Released (Lead Reviewer has submitted their assessment, but has yet to release the Review Form)
  • Lead Reviewer Not Archived (Lead Reviewer has not Archived the Reviewee's form)
  • Reviewees Not Signed Off (Reviewee has reviewed final comments and signed off the form)

Any individuals who meet the criteria for the nudge email will receive the email notification.

Important note - Exercise caution when using the nudge facility. Ensure you have selected the correct review batch, no additional review batches have been selected, and you select the correct prompt. Once you click "Send" (see image above), the system will automatically email every user that matches the stage you have selected, for the filter options you have selected.

Annual Reviews Overview

A snapshot overview for the status of Review Forms for a selected Review Period. This can be filtered by Role, Office or Department. The Report headings include:
