What are 'Themed Objectives'?

If your firm has chosen to use themed objectives, each objective can be aligned to a core strategic pillar. These themes can be selected when you create your individual objectives.

1. Click Add Objective
2. Select a Theme from the dropdown menu
3. Continue creating your objective as normal
