Disagreeing with the final review comments
When your reviewer has completed their post review comments, the review form is closed. You will receive an email which asks you to review the final comments and agree or disagree that the review form accurately reflects the review process and conversation.
If you disagree that the comments accurately reflect your performance review, then you can add comments to explain the reasons:
- Select your review form
- At the top of the review form, select No (see image above)
- Provide a brief explanation for your Lead Reviewer
- Select Send
The review form is now closed and archived. Your Lead Reviewer will discuss this further with you to resolve any disagreement.
The review process on ObjectiveManager has recorded the process for the review. If you disagree with the result of your review, this should be handled directly with your Lead Reviewer or by contacting your HR representative.
