What happens to review forms once submitted?

When you submit your review form to your reviewer, they will then complete their performance review comments. You will be able to see these comments before your review meeting.

You can see the current status of your review form on your homepage. When the status changes to ‘Feedback Released’, you can open the form to see Lead Reviewer comments.
