Why can’t I submit my review form?

If you are having difficulty submitting your review form, a common reason is that there is a mandatory section which is incomplete. You can see if there are any mandatory sections to complete by reading the warning that appears when you click Notify Lead Reviewer:

If the Continue button does not appear, there will be a mandatory section to complete before you can proceed. Go back and check that each section has been completed. The red/green indicators in each section will show if there are outstanding areas. If a section has any red indicators, it is incomplete.
