Submit a review form to your reviewer

When you have completed each relevant section on the Review Form, you can notify your Lead Reviewer that the review form is finished:

1. Ensure that you have completed all relevant sections of your review form
2. Click on the Notify Lead Reviewer button
3. It will show if there are any mandatory sections still to complete
4. It will show if there are any optional sections still to complete

Your Lead Reviewer will be notified (by email) that you have finished your Self-Assessment. You can now wait for your Lead Reviewer to complete their assessment of your performance.

Important Note - please note that once you have pressed Notify Lead Reviewer you cannot go back so please make sure that you are happy with all the information that you have provided.
