Add an overall self-assessment to my review

This section is where you summarise your overall performance for the period. To complete this section:

1. Select the Overall Pre-Review Assessment
2. Click the Add Assessment button
3. Describe your overall assessment and overall rating (if applicable)
4. Click Save

This is your opportunity to add any general self-assessment which you want included in your performance review discussion.

Important Note: Any General Feedback collected during the review period will be pulled into this section and can be viewed using the Feedback tab.
