Where can I find my review form?

When it is time to start your performance review, your form will be available on ObjectiveManager. There are three ways to open your review form:

• Using the notification link on your homepage
• In your account dropdown menu
• From the 'Bell icon' notifications dropdown menu

This will take you to your review form screen. You can see the current review form, or any previous review forms that were completed on ObjectiveManager.
