The Plan categories will vary according to your firm’s specific requirements. The number of categories and the titles of each category can be customised by the ObjectiveManager support team. Some commonly used categories may include:

  • Background and Overview
  • SWOT
  • People Management/ Team
  • Market Profile
  • Key Clients
  • Key Stakeholders/ Relationships
  • Key Targets
  • New Service Line/ work Opportunities
  • Issues and Challenges Facing Client

The Plan categories for all Client type plans are set to a firm standard, rather than each individual plan. The same applies to Business type plans.
