What is a 'Lead Reviewer'?
The role of a Lead Reviewer on ObjectiveManager is to support you as you achieve your objectives. The key responsibilities for a Lead Reviewer include:
- Approving Objectives - To support you in achieving your objectives; they will provide sign off for your objectives, or guidance if the objectives need work before they can be approved
- Giving Feedback - Throughout the year you can expect to receive feedback from your Lead Reviewer. This will relate to your progress towards an objective
- Performance Reviews - Your Lead Reviewer will be responsible for conducting your performance review meeting, so they will contribute to your review form as part of the appraisal process.
Your Lead Reviewer on ObjectiveManager will often be your current Line Manager. It may also be a Head of Team/Department/Office.
