How do I stop Following an Objective?

If you no longer wish to receive notifications on any progress for an objective:

1. Search for correct Person or Plan
2. Select the objective you want to stop following
3. Click the Unfollow button on the objective (see image above)
4. You will be stop receiving emails about the objective you have unfollowed

You can repeat this action if you have more than one objective to unfollow. You can see a full list of people and plans that you follow from your homepage.
