When do Objectives Auto Archive?

Auto Archive is designed to help organisations keep objectives fresh and up to date. 

If Auto Archive is activated for your firm it works as follows:

• The system will automatically search (weekly) for all objectives which are at least 180 days past their Target Date
• Any objectives it finds will be archived and the user will be notified via e-mail
• If any objectives are going over 180 days in the next 7 days, the user will be warned about this in the same email
• If the user wishes to restore any of the archived objectives, they can do this from the Objectives Archive (which can be found on the My Objectives page)

Your Lead Reviewer will not receive a notification if one of your objectives is Auto Archived.
